The People Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic implementation of a human capital agenda for Globesight, driving a successful approach to people and team development for a global, distributed workforce. The position reports to the Management Team and will have high internal and external exposure.
Responsibilities
Lead the human capital and people strategy, from development to execution for a global, distributed team
Strategize approach and carry-out day-to-day coordination of global recruitment of high-performance talent
Develop and oversee an integrated performance and development framework, that incorporates learning & development opportunities
Manage onboarding/offboarding for effective and successful organizational performance
Drive culture by building and implementing engagement initiatives for a global team
Oversee development of key policies and standardized procedures
Represent Globesight and interact in meetings with external parties
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a leading & recognized university in the field of Human Resources, international business or management studies, with CIPD being a plus
Proven track record as an HR generalist in cross-cultural environments
Experience in the social impact sector or professional services is preferred
Demonstrated success in HR strategy, talent management and global recruitment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in multiple languages would be an added asset
Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
