The Analyst will report to the Project Leader and other senior members of the Globesight team and will have exposure to high-level contacts and institutions in the social, private and public sector globally. He/she will be responsible for supporting engagements with client organizations, project coordination, and knowledge development in areas of his/her expertise.

  • Support the provision of strategic support to leading social sector organizations
  • Manage approach and institutional knowledge on key issues and trends
  • Represent Globesight and interact in meetings and conferences
  • Carry out day-to-day project coordination and project support for client work as needed
  • Prepare background reports, develop proposals and construct relevant deliverables
  • Prepare a variety of materials including correspondence, reports, charts, spreadsheets and statistical data that may be technical and/or sensitive, maintaining confidentiality
  • Other related tasks as required


  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a leading & recognized university in the field of economics, development studies, public policy, international relations or related area
  • Early track-record in international development or social impact sector, with strong knowledge of Middle East, Africa, and South Asia regions being a plus
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills especially in cross-cultural environments Diligent organizational, research and writing (long & short-form) skills are a must
  • Rigorous analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Self-disciplined, hardworking, good communication skills & can take initiative
  • Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and good analytical skills
  • Proficiency in multiple languages would be an added asset
