An international NGO was having difficulyt navigating the GCC region despite over a decade of work and a diverse set of relationships in the region across the public, private, and social sectors.
Our Crafted Solution
Globesight conducted a landscaping and action-oriented assessment of key philanthropic prospects in the GCC. We conducted comprehensive research on two key foundations in Qatar and the UAE to develop in-depth and action-oriented profiles for the INGO. We also developed a thorough document of actionable details on the top eight organizations/philanthropic entities in Gulf countries, profiled with details of the organization’s programs and focus areas, key stakeholders, alignment areas, and a plan of action.
The Impact
With Globesight’s support, the INGO was enabled to confidently decide a path forward vis-à-vis the engagement. The INGO was also enabled to leverage institutional and philanthropic donors, as well as foundations in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and UAE.
