An international NGO focused on fighting global poverty needed to assess the sustainability and compatibility of its partnership with a Gulf-based donor agency at the global, regional, and local levels to ensure that the INGO’s core principles are upheld.
Our Crafted Solution
Globesight developed a precise framework to assess the partnership’s risks and define potential mitigation. We developed a multifaceted framework of the targeted geographies, key issues, and stakeholder perspectives to provide an overview of key local, regional, and global considerations. We then reviewed each of the INGO’s core principles against the framework to identify and evaluate any key risks and offer potential mitigating actions.
The Impact
