An international NGO focused on childrens rights needed to assess the sustainability and compatibility of a potential partnership with a Gulf-based charity foundation within a lack of transparency at the global, regional, and local levels in order to ensure the INGO’s core principles are upheld in future collaborations.
Our Crafted Solution
Globesight performed a comprehensive due diligence assessment of the charity and of the partnership. We developed a multifaceted framework involving geographies, key issues, and stakeholder perspectives to provide critical insights into both the charity organization and the potential partnership. We also identified reputational risks for the INGO across multiple geographies and program areas, and offered viable mitigating actions.
