The Challenge
A West African NGO sought support in assessing the possibility of expanding its reach and impact in East Africa. The NGO sought to receive actionable recommendations that could position it to strategically engage in the region in order to impact health financing through resource mobilization, as well as health policy and awareness.
Our Crafted Solution
Globesight developed a regional strategy to ensure successful engagement in East Africa. We conducted a detailed operating environmental assessment, with comprehensive deep dives on Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda. We also conducted in-depth interviews with local expert stakeholders to get an understanding of challenges and opportunities. We provided key recommendations and a high-level implementation plan, with an assessment of the feasibility of the NGO establishing a presence in the region.
The Impact
