The Challenge
An international non-profit organization (INPO) sought a comprehensive analysis of the global and regional landscape of Global Health centers to determine the need and rationale for the creation of a Global Child Health Center in the GCC, including the key elements and the strategy required to ensure the successful development of the Center.
Our Crafted Solution
Globesight developed a robust framework to determine the viability and the potential impact of the Center. We performed comprehensive assessment, including landscaping and benchmarking analyses, desktop research, and stakeholder interviews. We then synthesized data and findings, integrated stakeholder interview perspectives, and identified key health gaps and opportunities for the new center to explore. We also developed a framework for determining scope, building operations, measuring impact, and potential partners.
The Impact
With Globesight’s support, the INPO was enabled to confidently decide a path forward to building the Center. The INPO also had a clear understanding of the landscape, key players, health gaps, and potential impact of the Child Health Center.
