A newly formed foundation based in the GCC region needed to develop a comprehensive strategy for its first three years to respond to its target population’s multi-dimensional needs effectively.
Our Crafted Solution
Globesight developed a three-phased solution to unlock increased sustainable impact. We performed a 360-degree assessment analyzing past performance, strengths, and weaknesses. We then developed a strategy refinement, integrating key findings through benchmarking exercises to generate a long-term strategy from vision/mission to program design. Lastly, we created an implementation roadmap including program plans, identification of organizational capacity and culture needs, development of an effective messaging platform, and overall brand narrative.
